Our new dies have an exchangeable and rotatable insert with up to three profiles.
If the profiles are similar, life increases and if they are different, flexibility
increases. Changing from one profile to another can be done in an instant, allowing
three nail dimensions to be produced with minimal setup times. Our dies are
extremely high precision tools for both round and square profiles.
Tools with brazed inserts are also available and are supplied in one-wire or two-wire
versions.
